We aim to ensure that you are happy with your order. For your peace of mind, we have the following terms and conditions.

Payment

Credit and debit cards (including AMEX) are processed by HSBC – one of the world’s biggest banks – via the encrypted secure servers of Secure Trading.

Your card details are safe as we do not see your card details and we do not pass customer information to any third parties.

You can also choose to pay by PayPal on the checkout page.

Also you can even use PayPal to pay by credit/debit card if you prefer.

Returns Information

We're happy to exchange the goods or refund your money if the goods are faulty. However, if the goods are NOT faulty and you have decided that for whatever reason, they are not for you, all you have to do is return the goods, unopened, in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Unfortunately, if we no longer sell the item, or we cannot exchange or refund any money as we are unable to resell the product for hygiene reasons due to the following groups of items:

Lingerie that has been used / worn
Hosiery that has been removed from it's packaging / worn

To return an item, all you have to do is package the goods carefully, include the delivery note and a brief note telling us why you are returning the item(s). Pay the postage, - Use recorded delivery service for this -.

We will refund your postage costs if the return is a result of an error on our behalf or the goods were faulty.

Once we have received and processed your returned goods, we will issue a full refund or exchange the item(s) for other products if you prefer.

An email will be sent to you confirming your return information when we have processed it.

If your chosen substitute item is not in stock, we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.

If you don't have your delivery note, please write the order number on a separate sheet of paper and enclose it with the package.

Should you choose to exchange a product, that is not faulty, then we will have to recharge you the original shipping costs. Please see postal charges for further information.

Cancelling an Order 

To Cancel an order(s) please email as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, simply return it as outlined in our returns policy.

Customs and VAT

Please note that shipments which are outside the UK or Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs polices and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Currency

All prices on this site are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euro and American Dollar $.. The transaction will be settled depending on your location and will be converted at your Credit card, Debit Card or Paypal account.

Prices stated on the website include VAT but do not include delivery costs (see Shipping).  We may change our pricing from time to time, you will be charged the price stated on the date of ordering.
